Is there a telephone customer service?

We do not currently offer telephone customer support. Please contact us by e-mail and we will take care of your request immediately.

Questions about shipping

Can I also collect my parcel in person from Sweetz-United?

Of course you can. All you have to do is select “Pick up in store” as the shipping method. Your order will then be processed and put together. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an automatic e-mail from us telling you where and when you can collect your parcel.

Where does Sweetz United deliver to?

We currently only deliver our products within Germany. However, we will endeavor to ship to other EU countries as soon as possible.

Questions about returns & refunds

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us at Contact us for more information.

Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

The costs for the return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless the return shipment is due to an error on our part or a defective product, in which case we shall bear the return shipment costs.

Where must/can I return the returnable cans/bottles that I have ordered from Sweetz-United?

You can hand in the packaging/containers of drinks subject to deposit wherever packaging/containers of the same type are sold in supermarkets, hypermarkets, discount stores, specialist drinks stores, kiosks or petrol station stores. You only need to be careful with retailers that have a sales area of less than 200m² (e.g. smaller petrol stations or kiosks). They are only obliged to accept the packaging/containers that they themselves have in their range.

What is the shelf life of Sweetz-United products?

This is very different! However, we try to order our products either directly from the manufacturer or from a supplier who does, so the products in our store generally have a long best-before date. However, the best-before date stated on the packaging also presupposes correct storage. If, for example, chocolate is exposed to direct sunlight, this best-before date is no longer valid. The periods for the best-before date and use-by date are set individually by the manufacturers. Chocolate can usually be kept for up to 12 months. Fruit gums, for example, have a shelf life of 12-18 months. However, the situation is different for products from overseas. These are usually much shorter, which is due to the long shipping routes.

They have so many products from so many different countries, but not what I am looking for !!! Can you help me ?
