Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

A flat rate of 4.95€ per order is charged for shipments up to 2kg. Beyond that, the exact shipping amount can only be determined once items are in the shopping cart.

We offer free shipping for orders over a value of 69.00€.

Delivery times

Delivery is usually made within 1-3 days, unless different deadlines are specified in the offer (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in one shipment as soon as all items are available, unless we have made a different agreement with you. For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the readiness and collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be incurred.
